MILA is an AI-powered assistant that answers questions about our homes and helps you schedule a visit. She uses Google Gemini under the hood and is not a substitute for talking to Alex directly. MILA does her best to give accurate information, but she can be wrong about specifics like exact pricing, availability, or current promotions. When in doubt, ask Alex or check this site's model pages, which we update directly.

Conversations with MILA are stored to improve the service and to give Alex the context he needs to follow up with you well. See our privacy policy for how that storage works.

When you fill out a form or talk to MILA, you agree that the information you provide is yours to share, is accurate, and that you're at least 18 years old. We may follow up by email, phone, text, or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide; you can ask us to stop at any time.

The Innovate Homes name, the Barcelona Estates project name, the model names Gaudí, Gracia, and Casa Milà as used on this site, our logo, our copy, our renderings, and our photographs are owned by Innovate Homes (or licensed to us).
